Polished concrete floors can be utilized for industrial, commercial, residential, institutional and government applications, known for its low maintenance costs it also provides superior durability, permanent dust proofing and a highly reflective surface.

SP3 Concrete Services employs a fleet of floor grinding equipment to progress through a series of increasingly finer diamond tooling to polish concrete floors to various levels of shine. We can polish and repair your concrete to look new, clean and presentable or ‘pop’ it right up to a glossy 3000 grit finish comparable to granite and marble or anywhere in between. We integrate the use of chemical treatments to further enhance the surface’s resistance to impact/abrasion, slips/falls, and staining. Colour can be added and gloss further increased. Most of our grinding is performed dry and we utilize powerful dust collectors to keep the work areas clean.
