The hallmark of our service at SP3 Concrete Services is the supply and installation of floor coatings for the industrial, commercial and agricultural marketplaces.  We will employ the use of epoxies, urethanes, vinyl esters methylmethacrylates, acrylics and polyaspartics to best overcome the stresses your floors will encounter. SP3 has a well trained crew whose specialty in hand or machine trowelled polymer mortars has the skill to provide a great job every time. Need troweled cove base, curbs, berms, or walls? Does your floor require pitching or levelling? All in a day’s work for us! Industries we serve include automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and general manufacturing. Commercially customers include universities, hospitals, airports and retail.

TEXURED/SAFETY FLOOR COATINGS

We employ many different aggregates in multiple sizes to create a floor coating for our customers that will provide traction. We educate clients as to which finish will best harmonize with the cleaning equipment available for regular routine maintenance.

Floor Traffic Lines & Safety Sidewalks

SP3 has extensive experience with our major automotive/ manufacturing clients installing epoxy coated traffic lines and personnel safety sidewalks. We can help offer suggestions with regards to traffic markings at vehicular crossings and other prominent areas upon request.

Decorative Coatings

Decorative Flake Coatings

Multiple individual colours of acrylic paint flakes are blended to create decorative tweed patterns that are covered with protective, clear coatings. Flake comes in varying sizes to allow our clients their desired level of colour contrast. This coating can also be installed on vertical surfaces including foundation walls and stairs.

Colour Quartz Coatings

Similar to flake coatings, decorative quartz coatings incorporate mulicoloured grains of sand that provide a more subdued colour contrast.

Metallic Floor Coatings

Metallic powders suspended in clear coatings over solid colour backdrops create an abstract look similar to natural stone without the seams. The powders reflect their iridescence in natural light similar to quartz in stone for truly amazing effects.

Stenciling & Logos

Epoxy stenciled letters on coated field colours is a regular task at SP3. Give us the computer artwork or allow us to design a custom multicolour logo at your facility as well.
